A year in hair, and how I know its time for a change.

It was fun to go through my photos to find this chronological series of photos here. This is pretty cool to see the subtle changes I have made through this year. I feel so great having bangs again! It is a bit more work but if I get them trimmed up aver 3 weeks they behave quite well.

Do you ever wonder how often a hairstylist gets their hair done? I though it might be fun to share my schedule with you over the past year so you could get an idea so

I usually get a root touch up and haircut between 6-8 weeks every and hilights/balayage every 12-16 weeks and now my bangs trimmed every 3.

Removing old color is messy business and left my hair a fetching shade of apricot with blond ends. I did not remember to snap a photo of this and I guess I am glad because I have never been able to pull off any sort of blond hair!

Here is my beautiful new hair! My coworker Sandra, did a color-melt with green, magenta, violet, midnight blue and turquoise. I love it and am already thinking that my next hair color will be leaning more onto the blue side! Hip hip hooray for a goo…
